Nothing is more important to me than my family.
But photographs of my family come a close second. Looking at photos of the people I love (with me in them) brings tears to my eyes and warmth to my soul. Absolutely nothing in my life is more important than my family. I treasure my family photos and my wedding photos dearly.
I am passionate about creating these treasures for you. I want you to feel joy when you look at the photos of your children and your honey. I want you to have these photos so that in 25 or 50 years you will remember today. You will feel the love you shared at this time of your life – and you will be able to share that with your grandkids. And they will remember you when your hair was a little less gray, your skin a little more smooth, and your smile, as bright as ever.
I will lovingly photograph your family or your wedding anywhere you wish. Preferably somewhere warm and sandy and close the the Equator. Just kidding! For family photos I want to be where you feel at home, where you are most comfortable, where you find yourself smiling. A lot. It’s best if we are somewhere fun and familiar. This could be your home, your favorite park, a pine forest, the beach, or the city. Or anywhere else you can dream up. For wedding photos – your wedding is your dream, and if you hire me to be there with you – it becomes my dream too! I will walk that dream right alongside of you!
During our shoot you have my permission to be silly, crazy, fun, wacky, loving, jovial, or whatever else you feel. But you don’t have my permission to be stressed or afraid. This is going to be casual, fun, super relaxed, and probably a little silly too. Don’t worry about your kids acting out, I have two myself so I know how kids can be. It’s best to not even tell them what they are doing – we are just going to have fun and run around for a bit! Oh, and apologies in advance, I have a tendency to sing badly when I get behind the camera.
If this sounds good to you, and my images sing to your heart, family photography investments begin at $250 and wedding photography begins at $3550. I accept a limited amount of wedding commissions per year as it’s super important to me to be able to connect and serve my clients in the very best, most attentive way that I can.
