You guys are on my mind. Thinking of your family and of safe returns.      I am not sure if my words will be able to accurately sum up how much I loved this session. So maybe the photos will. It wasn’t enough to have a beautiful momma and daughter – they had to go ahead and throw in a scrumptious puppy, too!!!!

If I were the Mama of this girl & pup, I would be puddle on the floor over these pics :-) awesome job. These are just beautiful! Love everything about them! This collaboration has been a long time coming! What began as an idea seed sparked a passionate conversation last November and resulted in what you will see below. Sara, my good friend from Growing Tree Photography had expressed her desire to have family photos done. I couldn’t have been more excited to photograph her family because they are so sweet, cute, and well, just all around lovely. But there was more that I wanted to add into the mix, so I talked to Jim Altieri of Jim Altieri’s Vintage Cinema (Jim makes AMAZING vintage-style wedding films!!!) and he was into the idea of making a little family movie to go along with my still photos. We all met up on a warm afternoon in May for a little time in front of the camera! Take a look at what we got below and don’t miss Jim’s gorgeous family movie!!!!!

The whole time I scrolled down I kept thinking, “That’s the most beautiful shot…that’s my favorite…” But the more I scrolled the more I loved and pretty soon I realized there IS no favorite–the whole shoot was perfect!
