All albums are custom designed with approximately 50 of your favorite images. Designs are created to be simple and timeless so that when you open your book in 30 years, it will still beautifully showcase your images.
The Process
how it all works!
You’re engaged!! You found your venue and set a date! Yayyy! Here is how the process works:
STEP ONE: You fill out the questionnaire, then we meet online to chat! You are free to ask me any questions you want and definitely use me as a resource! After being in the wedding industry for 15+ years and photographing over 500 weddings, I am well versed in all sorts of things from weather to stressful family situations and I am always happy to help!
STEP TWO: When you are ready to book, send me an email to let me know which package you would like. I will create a proposal for you and send it via email. Once you sign the proposal and pay your retainer, the date is yours!
STEP THREE: After you sign the proposal, it becomes your contract! Now, we get to move on to the good stuff like scheduling and planning your engagement shoot! (This is all done online and very easy!) Woohoo!!!
Frequently Asked Questions
Good things to know
- How and when do we pay you? – Payments are divided into thirds. The retainer is one third of your package price. The second third is due six months prior to your wedding date, and the last third is due four weeks prior to your date. All dates are listed in the contract. You can pay via cash, check or credit card!
- Will you hold my date? – All dates are first-come first-served, no dates are held!
- After we book, what’s next? – I’ll send along the wedding planning and engagement shoot guides, we can start planning your engagement shoot, and as we get closer to your wedding date, I will send out a Wedding Planning Questionnaire which goes over all timing and logistics that I’ll need to know for your wedding day!
- Do we need to make a photo list for you? – You won’t have to worry about making photo lists for me, but I will want to know what photos are important to you and WHO is most important to you. I ask you all of these questions in the Wedding Planning Questionnaire.
- Can you help us with a timeline? – Yes! Absolutely! I can write a timeline in my sleep. Let me know when you get to the timeline building part of your planning process. I will need to ask you a few questions, and then I can write up a preliminary draft for you. Don’t stress too much about timing, all of it will fall right into place and I will totally help you!
- What if I have questions during the planning process? – At any point in your planning process, please reach out to me at any time to ask about anything!
